Hello and welcome to the final topic of Configuring your account on Hex-HR! Let's get started!

Click on Settings -> expand the right menu and click on "Batch Change Approver". You'll be greeted with the page shown above.

This is used when an approver has or going to resign, or is too busy to do any approving and wish to pass it on to another person. All you need to do is to select the previous approver and then the new approver. Then, click on the "Batch Change" and it's done!

Congratulations! You have successfully configured all of your Hex-HR system settings! Now you can proceed to the left panel's HR-Lounge to tie certain configuration you've set so far to employees or view transactions. I'll see you there! Bye for now.
