Hex-HR system is able to cater to your type of leaves calculation. No worries on that but what if when it's calculated and then amount shows 10.99 days? Do you want it to be rounded up to 11 days or maintain it at 10 days or even at 10.5 days? Every company has their own policy. This is where you can make all of these happen. Let's start!

Click on Settings -> expand the right menu and click on "Leave Rounding". You'll be greeted with the page shown above.

Click on "Create" to create a new logical leave rounding and set it up based on your company's policy.

For instance, for calculations that ends with "0.01" to "0.50", you would like to round it up to "0.5", then you may input those numbers into the From, To and Rounded To fields. There will be an example shown at the end of the row on how would your option work. If there are any overlapping or missing range, Hex-HR System will inform you at the bottom.

As usual, click on "Save" and you're good to go! Just a note that you are able to create multiple Leave Rounding entries but only ONE can be the default at any given time by checking the Default checkbox in the table. All right that's it! I'll see you in the next topic!
