Sawadeekrap~ That's hello in Thai. Everyone is sure to have a mother tongue and therefore, coming from a country, hence a nationality. It's always nice to have multiple nationalities in the company.
Click on Settings -> expand the right menu and click on "Nationality". You'll be greeted with the page shown above.
By default, some nationalities are pre-set already. To add more nationalities, click on "Create" and fill up the field. Once done, click "Save" to save your new nationality entry.
