Config Account: 2.32 Prefix

Hello! When one organization grows, it gets harder to keep track who is in which department/company. This is where Prefixes comes in play. You'll be able to set a prefix in front of their employee ID. Let's get started.

Click on Settings -> expand the right menu and click on "Prefix". You'll be greeted with the page shown above.
To add a new prefix, simply click on the "Create" to create a new prefix. Fill up the field and then click on "Save" to save. Done! It's that simple!
Just a quick sample, if your prefix is "EMP", the employee's number will be "EMP###". If it's "hr", then it will be "hr###".
