Hello! In this topic, there's nothing to set up. You may skip this topic if you like but of course, come along with me if you want to have a look around.
Click on Settings -> expand the right menu and click on "School Type". You'll be greeted with the page shown above.
It has been pre-set to 3 types of school. This setting will be primarily used in HR-Lounge: 3.9 Employee.
