Hello and welcome back. In this topic, we are going to set up State. In your country, it could be county or prefecture or even region. For the sake of this topic, I'm going to categorise every single state-like name to be "state". Let's get started!

Click on Settings -> expand the right menu and click on "State". You'll be greeted with the page shown above.


As you can see, there are some states in Malaysia that has been pre-set for you. If you do not see your state in the list, you are always welcomed to add more into the list! From here, click on the "Create" button and a tab will expand at the bottom of the page. Fill up the field and then click on the "Save" button. Voila!


For your information, the field named "State System Code (CIMB)" is only applicable if your company's payroll bank is using CIMB. If that's the case, please input the state's system code that is given by CIMB. For those that are NOT USING CIMB, please do ignore this field as it's an optional field.
