Hello! In this topic, we are going to talk about EA all other government related forms. Let's get started.

HR-Lounge: 3.13 Payroll is a pre-requisite. Please finish it first before continuing.

Click on HR-Lounge -> expand the right menu and click on "EA". You'll be greeted with the page shown above.

There are 2 tabs in this topic. Let's go through them.

EA/PCB2 Form Generation

In this tab, you'll be able to generate reports like EA, PCB2, CP8D and more. To generate, simply choose from the dropdown selection in "Report Type". Then select the employees, year, up to month and sub company. Once you are done, click on the "Email" or "Download" to generate the file. If you have chosen the "Email" option, it will be sent to your email that you used to login Hex-HR System. Give it some time to generate the file so please do be patient.

Report Readiness

(HR-Lounge: 3.13 Payroll must be run first before this can be used) In this tab, you can specify which EA or PCB2 form is ready to download for the employee in the My Documents. Simply check which checkbox year you are ready to allow your employee to download. Once you are done, click on "Save" to save the changes made.
