Hello and welcome back! Today we are going to be discussing about Recruitment. This is used for recruiting people to join your company. Let's start!

Click on HR-Lounge -> expand the right menu and click on "Recruitment". You'll be greeted with the page shown above.

Pre-requisite is needed for this topic. The pre-requisite is:

1. Homepage -> My Request -> My Hiring Requisition

There are 2 tabs in this topic. Let's go through them.

Hiring Requisition

In this tab, you can view, edit and reject hiring requisitions.

Candidate

In this tab, you will be able to assign a recruitment to a candidate. To start, click on "Create" to create a new training requisition for a candidate. The tab will expand downwards and you are required to fill up the required fields. Once you are done, click on the "Confirm & Save" button to create the transaction.
