Hi,
Let us help you out with your issues regarding to timesheet. Let's see each case and their solution.
Case 1:
Problem: Jonathan was recently transferred internally from Global Asia to Global Europe and they were given a new account. As for the previous account, it has been updated to the status of resigned. Now, when they start their compulsory timesheet on the mobile app, HR is able to see that the previous accounts are still being recorded and not the new ones.
Solution: This is because that their previous account is still logged in their mobile app. Please ask the employee to stop their timesheet, logout and re-login using the new account credentials on their mobile app.
Case 2:
Problem: Upon opening QR check in for timesheet, the camera is not able to launch/start.
Solution: There's a chance that camera permission for the app to gain access to is revoked/not given.
- iOS: Settings -> Hex-HR -> Camera -> toggle the switch to on
- Android: Settings -> Manage App -> Hex-HR -> Camera Permission -> Allow (do note that the process to turning on camera permission on Android may vary from device to device, manufacturer to manufacturer.)
