Hello and welcome back. This topic is a hot topic as it's related to payroll. Let's just start shall we?

Click on HR-Lounge -> expand the right menu and click on "Payroll". You'll be greeted with the page shown above.

There are a total of 6 tabs. Let's go through them.

Payroll Process & Report - Month End PCB

This tab would be one of the most important section. To download a report, a payroll transaction has to be run first. Head over to the fields below and fill up the fields. Once you are done, click on the red "Run Posting" button. It may take awhile to run so please be patient. Once you are done, you may proceed to view the payroll reports from the transaction and the "Report Type" section. "Report Type" section is also where you'll be getting most of your banking, KWSP, LHDN, Borang CP 39 and many more right here.

Casual Payroll Process

In this tab, you'll be able to run a casual payroll. Casual Payroll is to run a subset(certain portion) of a month's payroll. Hence, it's not a necessary payroll to run. For an example for this feature, you may use this to pay employee(s) in the middle of the month. To start, select and fill up all required fields and dropdowns. Once you are ready, hit the "Run Casual Payroll Posting" to start. As the same as the previous tab, it may take awhile to load so please be patient. Once it's done, the transaction can be viewed just below the button you pressed earlier. Also, there will be more reports you'll be able to generate and download from here.

In these tabs, you'll be able to view the casual payroll for each category. To view them, click on the tab to expand.
